About Artes-amp
Since 2011

Artes-amp was conceived in 2010 as a movement to provide objective training opportunities to students at the then “El Alto Municipal School of Arts,” a school filled with students with great ambition to advance their knowledge and skills. These goals were very difficult to achieve due to the low musical level of the time, coupled with the lack of advanced-level teachers and the complex methodological conditions inherent in the training system at that time.
It began as a more demanding orchestral training program. Over time, it evolved to become a comprehensive training system, adopting auditory-vocal education as the first pillar for developing understanding as well as musical instinct.
Always with a drive for improvement, in 2013 the project made a leap into the qualitative field of the instruments used, a fundamental aspect for achieving the goals that students have the potential and ambition to achieve. Adopting the principle: Heaven is within reach for those with the determination and the right tools.
